What does pre-order mean?
It means your orders will be collected for a certain period before we send them over for production.
This also means that it might take longer to get to you, so please reconsider buying if you don't want to wait for 2-3 months.
Do you accept Group Orders (GOs)?

Until when will the store be open?
The store will be open from November 28, 2023 until December 18, 2023.
Can I change my address?
Yes, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number BEFORE the announced shipping period.
Can I combine orders?
Yes, please send an email to [email protected] with your order numbers BEFORE the announced shipping period.
When will you ship my order?
Since the items are for pre-order and will need to be produced, we will be able to ship your order around February!
My order is damaged/incomplete.
Take a picture of the package and email it to [email protected], so we can replace your item/complete your order.
But please take note that we are not liable for lost packages due to wrong address input or damages incurred due to mishandling.
